About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Brand to join our team at Uniting People. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that drives business growth and enhances our reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions
  • Articulate and propagate our vision and mission to internal and external stakeholders
  • Translate brand elements into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Drive creative development to prompt audience engagement and action
  • Establish performance benchmarks, cost parameters, and market forecasts
  • Evaluate and report on the efficacy of all marketing endeavours, assessing ROI and KPIs
  • Monitor market dynamics, conduct consumer research, and track competitors' activities
  • Supervise both new and ongoing marketing and advertising initiatives
  • Monitor product distribution channels and customer responses
