Job Title: Production Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Production Test Engineer to join our team at Click Digital. As a Production Test Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and diagnosing complex electronic and electrical equipment, identifying corrective actions, and ensuring efficient progress of equipment and quality notifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Test and diagnose complex electronic and electrical equipment at system and subsystem level.
  2. Identify and implement corrective actions to resolve production test failures.
  3. Assess and direct support services to resolve test equipment issues.
  4. Evaluate technical problems and develop proposals for investigations and corrective actions.
  5. Represent the test engineering team at Defect Review Board meetings.
Requirements:
  1. HNC/HND (Electronics) level of qualifications or equivalent, plus a good level of experience in digital and analogue electronics manufacture and test.
  2. Good understanding of measurement and test principles, and associated equipment.
  3. Understanding of RF and microwave technology at subsystem level is an advantage.
  4. Understanding of Environmental testing (including ESS) is also an advantage.
  5. Good planning and organizing skills.
  6. Communication skills, with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
  7. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Attention to detail.
  9. Manual handling training.
  10. ESD training.
