Supermarket Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supermarket Shift Leader to join our team at Haven. As a key member of our Retail Team, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage and maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
- Monitor and control stock levels and inventory
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working Hours:
Working hours are on a rota over a 7-day period and may include evenings and weekends. We offer flexibility where possible, including full or part-time hours.
