Job Title: KS2 Teaching Assistant/Lunchtime Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant/Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team in KS2. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students in KS2 with their academic progress and SEMH development
  • Work with a range of pupils in class and those with additional needs across the working day
  • Support children with achieving academic progress and their SEMH development
  • Flexible working within the team and across the school day
Requirements:
  • Ability to work dynamically as a team across a year group supporting groups and 1:1 with pupils
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work flexibly and proactively within a rewarding but busy context
  • Good communication skills and ability to use own initiative
  • Successful and strong behaviour management skills
  • Ability to nurture and commitment to Inclusion
