Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Advisor to join our team at TJX Europe. As a Loss Prevention Advisor, you will play a critical role in protecting our people and assets, while also driving business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize shrink and protect company assets
  • Conduct thorough investigations into loss incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with store management and associates to educate and engage them on loss prevention best practices
  • Work closely with local law enforcement and other stakeholders to identify and address common problems
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team

Requirements

  • Proven experience in loss prevention or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism
