Protect Our Stores, Our People, and Our Profits

We're looking for a skilled Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at TJX Europe. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will be responsible for deterring, detecting, and investigating loss at store level within designated locations. You will work closely with store management to implement Loss Prevention policies and processes, and educate store associates on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective Loss Prevention strategies to minimize stock loss and protect company assets
  • Conduct investigations into loss incidents and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with store management to educate associates on Loss Prevention policies and procedures
  • Work with local operatives to identify and resolve common problems
  • Provide technical training to support the role's requirements
