Festive Retail Assistant

As a Seasonal Team Member at Chantry Place, you will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering a culture of inclusion, diversity, and equality.
Your Job DescriptionThis role is an 8-hour minimum contract with potential increases week on week, requiring flexibility to work in-store across the festive season, including weekends and early 2025. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences through excellent product knowledge and effective communication.
- Participating in training opportunities, contributing to team sessions, and taking ownership of tasks while setting a good example.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, supporting other stores when needed, and staying informed about sales targets and product best-sellers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
