Assistant Store Manager

We're committed to generating positive economic, social, and environmental impact, and we're looking for someone to help us drive our store and team to deliver retail excellence and strong sales results.
Your RoleAs an Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve exceptional customer service standards, oversee store operations, and maintain harmony and efficiency on the shop floor. You will be responsible for coaching the team, developing consumer loyalty, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience - Coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- Delivery - Analyze performance data to inform commercial decisions, drive sales growth, and meet performance targets.
- Teamwork and People Management - Assist the Store Manager, resolve issues, and lead by example to attract, retain, and grow a high-performing team.
- Experience in customer service and/or beauty retail, with a proven track record of driving sales and leading a team.
- Strong communication and operational skills, with the ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn and use internal systems.
