Retail Store Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Claire's. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and profit, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Profit: Drive and achieve retail store targets by implementing effective sales strategies and managing inventory levels.
- Customer Service: Deliver the finest level of customer service by providing a personalized and engaging shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Commerciality: Ensure that your store is well-merchandised and commercially correct, with a focus on driving sales and revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Assist the Store Manager in training and coaching the store team to enhance their skills and career development.
- Ear Piercing: Receive full training on ear piercing procedures and provide exceptional service to customers.

About You- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum one year retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, basic computer skills, sound understanding of mathematics, and strong reading comprehension skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand during scheduled shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly, and up to 75 lbs occasionally. Ability to bend, stoop, and climb ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers.
- Technical Skills: Ability to operate a POS system.
