Customer Service/Administrator Role

We are seeking multiple customer service/administrators to join our busy team at our Rugby, CV2 location.

The Role:

Roles vary slightly, but all admin/customer service-based.

  • Monday-Friday
  • Rotational shifts- AM & PM
  • 06:00-14:00/14:00-22:00 Shifts times vary depending on role.
  • £23,500 per annum (£12.05 per hour)
  • Weekly pay (every Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Compiling reports.
  • Contacting suppliers/customer service.
  • Data entry.
  • Document checking.
  • Query resolution.
  • Liaison between different internal stakeholders to gather information.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking/understanding).
  • Beneficial if you can speak/understand German/Dutch but not essential.
  • Experience in transport or other logistics operations preferred.
  • PC literate-Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Excel, Teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Can work well in a team and independently.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Has own transport or lives locally to the CV23 area.
