About the Role:

As an Electrical Site Manager with Carmel (UK) Ltd, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality electrical services to our clients. Your key responsibility will be to oversee the performance of the site-based delivery team and ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards.

You will work closely with Project Managers and supervise site operatives and contractors, ensuring that Health and Safety documentation is up-to-date and all paperwork is completed on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take charge of the overall performance of the site-based delivery team
  • Arrange procurement of materials required on site and manage security, stock levels & handling
  • Manage document control at site level to ensure the latest drawings and specifications are used
  • Deliver projects in line with contracts and target construction programmes
  • Resolve on-site discrepancies with clients, main contractors, and other trades
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients and main contractors
  • Supervise and liaise with operatives and contractors on site
  • Complete company paperwork clearly and legibly
  • Record variations to contracts and provide information to QS & PM
  • Implement the Company Health and Safety Policy and QA at all times
Requirements:
  • ECS card as a minimum
  • Emergency First Aid - First Aid at Work preferred but not essential
  • 5 years' experience as an Approved Electrician status
  • Previous Site Supervisor/Manager experience preferred but not essential
