About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible General Service Assistant to join our team at Alanbrooke Barracks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain kitchen, kitchen equipment, back of house areas, crockery, and cutlery
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Operate tills and handle cash
  • Perform daily paperwork and keep diligent records
  • Follow food hygiene and safety procedures
Requirements:
  • Food Hygiene Certificate - Level 2 (desirable, although relevant training will be provided)
  • Experience in a similar role (desirable but not necessary)
  • Basic numeracy skills
  • Ability to work in all areas of the business, including kitchen and bar duties
  • Transportation required (remote area with limited public transport)
