We are a leading podcast dedicated to exploring the world of neurodivergence and breaking down stereotypes. Our award-winning charity is on a mission to create a more inclusive society through representation, role models, and media.

As a highly organized and detail-oriented Podcast Production Assistant, you will play a key role in helping us achieve this goal. You will work closely with our dynamic team to produce engaging podcast episodes that showcase the talents and experiences of neurodivergent individuals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Production: Assist with studio setup, ensure guests are comfortable, and provide feedback on video/audio edits.
  • Guest Booking: Research and pitch potential podcast guests, manage guest outreach, and maintain the guest booking system.
  • Publishing: Publish podcast and 'highlights' on Acast, share weekly performance data with the team, and select highlights from each episode.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Passion for or interest in neurodivergence, exceptional communication skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nice to Have: Experience using Adobe Audition, Premiere Pro, Canva, Monday, and Slack, as well as an interest in AI or experience in a similar podcast production role.
