Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Podcast Growth Manager to support our most prestigious podcasters' long-term growth in the UK & Ireland region.

You will be given autonomy to launch and grow our networks' most promising podcasts, trusted to manage and lead a roster of well-loved and in-demand shows in the UK.

As a member of our Partnerships team, you will plan, execute and innovate imaginative launch plans for podcasts as they start, finding new ways to keep them growing over time.

You'll also be a central point of contact for podcasters and networks, helping them navigate our teams and processes.

Key responsibilities include managing relationships with current and future podcasters, launching podcasts, giving editorial feedback, and developing audience growth strategies.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring sales teams globally have all necessary information to monetize Acast podcasts, and creating sales assets to support sales efforts.

What You Will Do
  • Manage relationships with top talent, production companies, talent agencies, bedroom podcasters, or major podcast networks.
  • Help creators launch their podcasts, provide editorial feedback, and develop strategies for audience growth.
  • Be the day-to-day point of contact for podcasters, directing them to the right team for queries.
  • Ensure global sales teams have all necessary information for monetizing Acast podcasts.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years experience working in the podcast industry.
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of the UK podcast market, media sales, and commercialisation of podcasts.
  • Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal, relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker capable of pushing boundaries and experimenting with new ideas, especially for marketing.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £70,000 per year, depending on experience. Acast offers flexible working arrangements with no set number of days required in our Shoreditch office each week.

This role involves frequent in-person meetings with podcast partners in London, so being available for regular meetings is essential.
