We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team at Focus Resourcing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software for our control and communication systems.

* Undertake diagnostics to identify problem root causes and implement fixes

**Requirements**

* Demonstrated experience in designing, analyzing, and developing embedded systems
* Ability to rapidly prototype embedded boards for development
* Innovative thinking with effective communication of new ideas
* Strong IT skills with experience in C programming and assembler
* Experience in serial protocols and ADC techniques
* Experience of code porting between different microcontroller architectures
* Ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and customers
* Good organization and time management skills
* Good problem-solving skills

**Desirable Skills**

* Experience of RF comms functionality
* Experience of Modbus protocol
* Experience in Windows and Linux development environments
* Experience of Embedded Wizard
