MJM Industrial Ltd, a global leader in automated material handling systems, is recruiting for skilled Maintenance Engineers. Located at Heathrow, this role offers a permanent position with a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Engineers to join our team at Heathrow. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for routine maintenance and repairs of conveyors, baggage handling machinery, storage cranes, and carrier systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preventative repair and maintenance of equipment
  • Responding to breakdowns and operational checks
  • Logging work conducted and parts used
  • Diagnosing faults and root cause analysis
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a time served apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in a mechanical or electrical maintenance discipline. You should also possess City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or above in a relevant field.

  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an airside pass (5-year checkable work history and clean criminal record)
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or automated warehousing
  • 18th edition certification
  • PLC and diagnostic experience
