As a Disability Assessor at Maven Consulting Group Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities or health conditions. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough assessments, gathering information and providing recommendations for support. This will involve listening to clients' experiences, asking insightful questions, and producing accurate, unbiased reports to aid decision-making.

A typical day will consist of conducting client assessments via various mediums (telephone, video, or face-to-face interactions), using your expertise to understand clients' needs and provide empathetic, professional assessments. You will work closely with clients, building trust and rapport, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

We require an individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can build trust with clients and provide professional assessments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £39,000 per annum, as well as ongoing training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a positive and inclusive work environment. **Requirements:**
