Doncaster, Doncaster, United Kingdom Doncaster Council Full time

**About Us**

We are passionate about Doncaster – it’s a great place to live, do business and visit. With our vibrant urban centre, thriving arts and cultural scene, sport and leisure attractions, wonderful green spaces and fascinating heritage, there's never been a more exciting time to be part of our journey.

**Our Vision**

We firmly believe that Doncaster is the place to be with a bright future and ambitions ahead of it. We're looking for the right candidate to join us in promoting this ambition through excellent technical administration of the Buy Doncaster website.

**The Role**

The Buy Doncaster Technical Officer will act as the main administrator for the website, further promoting effective working practices of self-sufficiency with both our Providers and Customers.

**Responsibilities**

This role involves managing, maintaining and supporting the development of the Buy Doncaster website. As our traded service providers have become more self-sufficient, there is more self-service use of the website, requiring more technical oversight than we had previously.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have strong technical skills and experience in website administration. You'll also need to be able to promote effective working practices and communicate effectively with both our Providers and Customers.

**What We Offer**

In return for your hard work and dedication, we can offer you the chance to be part of a great team dedicated to ensuring that all people in Doncaster thrive. You'll also have access to a variety of attractive employee benefits, including competitive leave entitlement and local government pension scheme.

**How to Apply**

Shortlisting will take place soon after the closing date, and interviews will be held shortly after. We look forward to hearing from you.
