Job Title: Finance Systems & Data Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems & Data Manager to join our Finance/Projects team at our Market Drayton site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving Finance best practice for our Finance systems, integrations, master data & access management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the interface between IT and Finance, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement Finance systems, integrations, and data standards to ensure adoption, reliability of service, and excellence.
  • Ensure processes, systems, and data standards established during our multi-wave SAP S4 Hana implementation are fully documented and sustained post go-live.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of Finance systems, integrations, and data standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in Finance systems, integrations, and data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
