Job Title: Finance Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Manager to join our team at Culina Group. As a key member of our Finance/Projects team, you will be responsible for driving Finance best practice for our Finance systems, integrations, master data & access management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Finance data governance standards, system integration & access management.
  • Formulate and document governance principles, ensuring all data/field interdependencies are recorded.
  • Design and document the SAP S4 user support process, including master data request/create/change process, change requests, and access provisioning.
  • Custodian of Finance Master Data, ensuring a robust and controlled process for data management, including associated tables & integrations.
  • System Support, acting as the point of contact for Finance configuration or master data, working with relevant business process owners to coordinate resolutions for any user issues.
  • User Access Provisioning, responsible for the assignment of user access in accordance with the Segregation of Duties policy.
  • Close Routine, responsible for the management of period end routines, including batch job scheduling, integrations, and ledger close.
  • Continuous Improvement, responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance business performance, straight through processing, and efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
  • SAP S4 Hana experience, ideally, or SAP as a minimum.
  • Strong self-starter, able to work independently and as part of an integrated team.
  • Clear organization skills and ability to articulate complex issues concisely.
  • Solid foundation in ERP platforms and maintenance, together with data management/analytics.
