Job Summary:

As a Chief Financials Platform Optimization Specialist at myGwork, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and optimizing the company's Workday Financials platform. This involves close collaboration with stakeholders, gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of financial processes within Workday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and Optimize Workday Financials: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and Implement Solutions: Utilize your expertise in Workday Studio, EIBs, Web Services, Orchestrate, and other Workday tools to design and build integrations between Workday and other internal or external systems.
  • Manage Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they meet desired outcomes and project goals.
  • Optimize Reports and Dashboards: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights into financial data.
Integration Development:
  • Design, Build, and Maintain Integrations: Use Workday Studio, EIBs, Web Services, and other Workday tools to design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and other internal or external systems.
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer business-critical technical support for financial systems, ensuring continuity.
  • Deploy Complex Solutions: Utilize AMS support where applicable and deploy complex solutions to improve the financial systems support model.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 Years of Experience: Proven experience working with Workday Financials, including configuration, support, and integration.
  • Workday Integration Expertise: Demonstrated ability to design and develop Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, EIBs, Web Services, and other integration platforms.
  • Financial Systems Background: Background in financial systems analysis, implementation, and technical support.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills effectively leading technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills with a bias for detail.
  • Collaboration and Independence: Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team in a multifaceted environment.
Salary Range:

$120,000 - $160,000 per year
