Opportunity Summary

We are seeking an experienced surveying professional to join our team at AVOVE LIMITED. As a surveying professional with this company, you will play a vital role in delivering detailed surveys and consent for our client, Northern Power Grid.

The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging meetings with customers to assess their requests, answering questions from the client call center, resolving any complaints that may arise from surveys and/or cutting work, carrying out surveying maintenance and revisit work, and surveying across multiple voltages.

We require an individual with a Unit 5 qualification in Arboriculture Surveying and a strong background in the Utilities Industry. The ideal candidate will have good IT skills, specifically competence in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities:
  • Delivering detailed surveys and consent for Northern Power Grid.
  • Collaborating with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless delivery of tasks.
  • Arranging meetings with customers to assess their requests.
  • Answering questions from the client call center.
  • Resolving any complaints that may arise from surveys and/or cutting work.
  • Carrying out surveying maintenance and revisit work.
  • Surveying across multiple voltages.
