About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Consultant to join our team at Bank of America. As a Business Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Financial Advice and Guidance: Offer expert advice on financial products and services, helping clients make informed decisions about their financial futures.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including financial center leaders and performance managers, to ensure seamless delivery of exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in business-to-business sales, small business banking, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence clients and build strong relationships.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Sales Track Record: A proven sales track record, with experience meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Partnership Building: Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Desired Qualifications
  • Financial Knowledge: Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience with in-person customer service and sales.
  • Small Business Experience: Experience working with small business clients.
  • Goal-Oriented: Experience meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Product Knowledge: A working knowledge of small business products and services.
