Court of Protection Solicitor Job Description

Duncan Lewis Solicitors is seeking an experienced solicitor to join our Court of Protection team. As a leading law firm, we provide high-quality legal services to individuals who lack mental capacity. Our team is dedicated to achieving the best possible results for our clients, and we are looking for a solicitor who shares our commitment to excellence.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dealing with health and welfare Court of Protection-related work. They will be able to conduct court of protection litigation and advocacy in relevant court hearings and have a professional, proactive approach, strong client care skills, and a sensitive and sympathetic understanding of clients' needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Court of Protection work (health and welfare) and will provide technical expertise and guidance to other team members. They will also be expected to manage a demanding caseload and meet deadlines.
