£52,500 per annum (approximately £2,208 per week) plus a lucrative bonus scheme.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong lines of communication between the engineering shift and manufacturing teams. This will involve attending daily/weekly team reviews and working with Lead Engineers and the Maintenance Manager to bridge skills gaps within the department.

The role will also involve prioritizing maintenance and engineering work, carrying out regular reviews of planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and utilizing continuous improvement tools to deliver improvements.

The ideal candidate will have electrical/mechanical maintenance engineering experience and hold relevant qualifications such as an HNC/NVQ/C&G.
