Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Systems Manager to join our team at Arup.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and configuration of our procurement platforms, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality across the organization. About the Role

In this key position, you will:

  • Manage and configure our procurement platforms to meet the evolving needs of the organization
  • Develop and implement effective processes for supplier due diligence and compliance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system improvements and enhance user experience
  • Provide training and support to users, ensuring efficient adoption of the platform
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure timely updates and maintenance of the systems

What We Offer

At Arup, we offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, life assurance, accident insurance, and income protection cover. Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification appropriate to the role
  • Significant experience of procurement platforms, as an administrator and able to configure the system to an organization's needs
  • Proven track record of managing a system on a global or multi-country basis
  • Ability to manage robust systems change management process and appreciation of the importance of embedding this into an organization
  • Practical knowledge of the procurement process, particularly supplier due diligence and compliance
  • Passion for excellent quality of work in this key compliance area
  • Ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels and arrive at mutually acceptable solutions
