Job Title: Second Engineer (Marine)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Second Engineer to join our team onboard a traditional 317kw diesel engine motor vessel. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance, completing maintenance and reporting to vessel electrical faults, cargo handling, and assisting other members of the crew when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete repairs of machine breakdowns/faults
  • Complete and schedule maintenance
  • Cargo Handling
  • On-board cleaning

Requirements:

  • Second Engineer with an MEOL License
  • Current ENG1 ticket
  • Electrical background

Working Conditions: The role requires travel to Bideford and Ilfracombe ports, with a staff minibus provided when applicable.
