About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Psychologist to join our Integrated Community Care and Recovery (ICCR) Services team. As an Assistant Psychologist, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality mental health services to individuals with severe and enduring mental health problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide psychological interventions and support to individuals with complex mental health needs.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
  • Participate in research and audit activities to inform service development and improvement.
Requirements
  • Upper second-class honours degree in psychology or a related field.
  • Graduate membership of the British Psychological Society.
  • Experience of working with individuals with mental health problems or disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
