About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Ambient Section Leader. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues and ensuring the smooth running of our ambient section.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Ensure the ambient section is fully stocked and merchandised to meet customer needs
- Train and develop colleagues to improve their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and control stock levels to minimize waste and maximize sales
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve store objectives
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a strong leadership style. You will be a natural communicator and team player, with a keen eye for detail and a ability to work under pressure.
