Ambient Section Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Section Leader to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. As a Section Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues and ensuring the smooth operation of our ambient department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve excellent customer service and sales results
- Assist with training and development of colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless operation of the store
- Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring that the department is fully stocked and merchandised to the highest standard
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve store objectives and targets
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and has a strong leadership style. You will be a natural communicator and team player, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. You will also have a keen eye for detail and be able to work well under pressure.
