About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients in Acute Medical/Surgical Wards and Community Hospitals.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all policies and procedures are observed and meet the requirements of Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, as well as NMC Standards and Codes of Conduct.
  • Provide direct and indirect care to patients, adhering to agreed protocols and guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent patient outcomes and experience.

  • Qualifications in nursing or a related field.
