Job Summary:

As a Field Based Supervisor at CityWorx, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our agency. You will be responsible for deputizing for the Registered Manager during their absence, while supporting their decisions and promoting a caring environment for our service users.

Main Responsibilities:

- Assist the Coordinator with new referrals and potential service user visits, assessments, support planning, spot checks, observation, and shadowing of new and current workforce.
- Develop effective working relationships with the Agency Coordinator and Administrator.
- Support the implementation of decisions made by the Registered Manager and/or Agency Coordinator.
- Create and uphold an open, positive, and inclusive management culture.
- Participate in the maintenance of the agency's management information systems.
- Investigate complaints, take appropriate action, and report to the person-in-control and/or the CQC when required.
