As a PAUT Level 3 Technician at Intertek, you will be based at our NDT site in Derby, UK. You will provide technical support to the Site Services Department and will run and develop Phased Array UT and Contact UT for the business. You will also travel to support site services when required. Your key responsibilities will include liaising with clients on technical issues, developing NDT procedures to meet their needs, and ensuring that all testing and assurance processes are carried out in accordance with industry standards.
Key Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, knowledge of client company activities and industry standards, and experience of the practical implementation of ISO17025/9001 as it relates to site services inspection. You will also need to have knowledge and experience of testing and assurance processes in various NDT disciplines, a full current driving licence, and have held level 2 PCN qualifications in PAUT and UT contact for 4+ years.
