Clinical Team Manager

As a 3rd shift staff pharmacist at The Boots Company PLC, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.
You will work closely with our pharmacy team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and respect.
About You
- Estimated salary: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum
- Location: The Boots Company PLC
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
- Maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and respect
- Working closely with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operation of pharmacy services
- Providing expert care and advice to patients
- Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
Requirements:
- Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
- High levels of professional expertise and respect from stakeholders, peers, patients, customers and external professionals
- Passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for customers
- Collaborative with a team-centred approach
- Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national and local services provisions
- Great communication skills to put people at ease and meet the varied needs of customers and patients
