We are seeking a seasoned Senior Lawyer to join our Governance Team at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

The successful candidate will have a strong background in public law and experience in advising on regulatory matters. Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on public law and regulatory matters to senior stakeholders within the FCA.
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to address complex governance challenges.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, including regulators and industry partners.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in public law or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver clear, concise analysis of complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
