Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at In Technology Group Ltd. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients, working on high-priority projects, and maintaining the stability of our infrastructure.

- Strong 3rd Line IT knowledge and experience
- Expertise in hardware knowledge, Office 365 migrations, Windows Server, and networking/routers/switches
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
