ISP Network Support Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ISP Network Support Engineer to join our team in Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing network solutions and resolving technical issues at customer sites, as well as providing installation support and reporting on progress.

In this exciting new role, you will work closely with the Managed Networks Team to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers. You will also be responsible for providing remote hands and hardware support to the Support Team.

The salary for this position is £24,000 per annum, plus benefits including 33 days holiday, rising to 35 days after 5 years, and opportunities for certification and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement network solutions at customer sites
  • Provide installation support and report on progress
  • Work with the Managed Networks Team to resolve technical issues
  • Provide remote hands and hardware support

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
