Lead a Team of Care Professionals
As a Senior Nurse with Leaders in Care, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to residents in our care homes. With a focus on inclusive working practices and professional growth, we strive to be the first-choice care provider in the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care to residents and their families
- Mentor and support colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Attend safeguarding training and seek appropriate advice when necessary
