We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at ICTS Europe. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our client site, working closely with our Site Security Manager and other team members to maintain a secure and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee security operations on shift, including SIA checks, uniform and appearance of officers, team briefings, handovers, patrols, and reporting of equipment faults.
  • Liaise with the Site Security Manager for day-to-day operations and report and respond to all security incidents and emergency situations.
  • Attend and manage all security-related incidents, including fire evacuations and conflict management.
  • Assist the Contract Manager in carrying out investigations and issuing reports of non-conformities or letters of concern when required.
  • Responsible for comprehensive report writing in relation to incidents and daily activities.
  • Educate and train new team members, delegate tasks, and empower the team to achieve desired results.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and avoid favoritism within the team.
Requirements
  • 5-year checkable background.
  • Pass a criminal records check (CRC) to the required standards.
  • Document to prove eligibility to work within the UK if applicable.
  • Excellent command of English – both oral and written.
  • SIA license Door Supervisor or Close Protection.
  • Full, clean manual UK driving license.
  • Experience in supervising.
