Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Security Supervisor to join our team at ICTS Europe. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our client site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the security operations on shift, including SIA checks, uniform and appearance of security officers, team briefings, handovers, patrols, and reporting of equipment faults.
  • Liaise with the Site Security Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Respond to and report all security incidents and emergency situations.
  • Manage security-related incidents, including fire evacuations and conflict management.
  • Assist the Contract Manager in investigations and issue reports of non-conformities or letters of concern.
  • Conduct comprehensive report writing on incidents and daily activities.
  • Escalate incidents to ICTS Europe management.
  • Ensure standing orders and risk assessments are read, understood, and signed.
  • Recommend changes to standing orders to the Contract Manager.
  • Ensure all security documentation is completed accurately.
  • Provide daily briefings to the Contract Manager on site activities.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy security area.
  • Report loss or damage of security equipment.
  • Coach, train, and mentor new team members, delegating tasks and empowering the team to achieve desired results.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and avoid favoritism within the team.

Requirements

  • 5-year checkable background.
  • Ability to pass a criminal records check (CRC) to the required standards.
  • Document to prove eligibility to work in the UK (if applicable).
  • Excellent command of English – both oral and written.
  • SIA license (Door Supervisor or Close Protection).
  • Full, clean manual UK driving license.
  • Experience in supervising.
