Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance tasks to meet contractual deliverables and uphold company values.
  • Perform daily maintenance on equipment and machinery, reporting any issues or defects.
  • Respond promptly to reactive requests and service shortfalls, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Maintain good housekeeping of equipment, consumables, and storage areas.
  • Carry out additional or special cleans as instructed, adhering to best practices and safety protocols.
  • Ensure adequate stocks of consumables are available and request replenishments as necessary.
  • Attend and complete training as required, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Use chemicals and equipment safely and effectively, following established procedures.
  • Liaise with customers and clients in a professional manner, escalating issues as required.
  • Identify and report any health and safety risks or hazards, promoting a safe working environment.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in workplace cleaning is advantageous.
  • Excellent time-keeping and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to provide good customer service.
  • Methodical and meticulous approach to work.
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently, ensuring safe working practices are followed.
