Secondary Teacher Opportunity
A Secondary teacher is needed in Honiton with an immediate start. Zen Educate, a certified social enterprise working with over 600 schools across the UK, seeks a full-time Secondary teacher to join their team. This position would be based in our Honiton location.

About Us
Zen Educate appreciates the importance of a good teacher and helps schools to pay higher day rates while offering more transparency to teaching staff. We assist supply teachers in getting the recognition they deserve.

Salary Information
This role comes with competitive pay commensurate with experience, starting from £145.00 per day.

Job Description
The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching students from all backgrounds. Responsibilities include:
  • Create a positive learning environment that encourages engagement, self-esteem, and self-efficacy
  • Collaborate with parents and other teachers to create a learning community that meets the needs of each student
  • Communicate effectively with parents and students via the iPad app or phone app

Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong imagination and critical thinking skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They must also be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
