Airswift is seeking a highly skilled Operations & Maintenance Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic contracting across the company.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Category Management: Develop and implement a category management approach to drive strategic contracting across the organization.
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage the contract lifecycle from strategy to performance, ensuring contractors meet performance targets.
- Post-Award Contract Management: Lead the post-award contract management process, fostering cross-functional cooperation and mentoring emerging leaders within the department.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategy development papers, invitations to tender, evaluation plans, recommendations to award, and negotiating plans.
**Requirements**
- Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in managing maintenance contracts within the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Skills: Proficient in Oil & Gas Supply Chain Management within the UKCS's regulatory frameworks, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and contracting practices.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fields. Master's degree is preferred.
