About the Role

As a Residential Care Officer, you will be part of our dynamic team working in a residential setting. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a safe and nurturing environment for our students, encouraging their social, emotional, and behavioral development.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including access to training and professional development opportunities, a comprehensive pension scheme, and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our students.
  2. Provide a safe and stimulating living environment, promoting social, emotional, and behavioral growth.
  3. Counsel students on personal and social skills, including health, hygiene, domestic protocol, and relationships.
  4. Accompany students on various visits, such as doctor's appointments, shopping trips, and dentist visits.
  5. Observe students and write reports to notify any required information.

Working Hours and Environment

You will work on a split-day basis, covering morning and evening shifts. You will be based in a modern facility with excellent amenities, including a recording studio, music equipment, onsite swimming pool, and a private farm.
