About the Role
We are seeking an experienced commercial account handler to support our Account Executives in Milton Keynes. As an Account Handler, you will be at the heart of our client interactions, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client portfolios, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and insurers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client and provider inquiries, resolving issues proactively.
- Handle scheme administration, including invoicing, data management, and communication materials.
- Assist in preparing client reports as requested by Account Executives.
- Resolve discrepancies in provider documentation before client distribution.
- Attend client meetings with Account Executives as needed.
- Keep client records updated in line with company systems.
- Provide a proactive, professional telephone handling service for all contacts.

- Proven commercial insurance experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to use initiative effectively.
