**Certification Tool Specialist**

Canonical is hiring a talented Certification Tool Specialist to develop and maintain our open-source certification tools. As a key member of our Certification team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our tools and processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and developing new features for our Python-based test automation tools.
  • Inventing new ways to enable remote, automated testing.
  • Collaborating with the development team to build the software counterpart to our in-house designed testing hardware.
  • Designing and implementing functional and performance tests to support hardware enablement.

You will also participate in meetings involving international travel 2-3 times per year.

**Estimated Salary Range**

$140,000-$200,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
