Job Description

The Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining the technical integrity of our operations. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional to join our team. As a Senior RME Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning within established standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct regular equipment inspections and develop maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  2. Supervise technicians on shift to ensure compliance with procedures and protocols.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
  • Served a full Engineering indentured Apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject (City & Guilds Level 3, SVQ/IVQ).
  • Relevant experience working in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written local language and basic proficiency in English.
