Job Title: Maintenance and Reliability Manager

Estimated Salary:$70,000 - $90,000 per annum.

About the Role: As a Maintenance and Reliability Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve maintenance and reliability performance. Your primary focus will be on driving process improvements, enhancing efficiency, and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance and reliability strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve maintenance and reliability performance.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive process enhancements.
  • Design and implement sustainable practices to minimize waste and reduce environmental impact.
  • Develop and implement Lean initiatives to improve flow and eliminate non-value-added activities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate progress and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of production processes and equipment.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Create and implement recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to implement process changes and ensure smooth transition.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to production staff.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate production staff on new processes and equipment.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot equipment performance and recommend maintenance schedules.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Lean methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
