Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager to join our team in one of our fast-paced Fulfilment Centres. This role will involve supporting the implementation, recording, and auditing of safety and statutory compliance programs to provide a safe working environment for all staff.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Support the Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager in implementing network standards and focus on preventative maintenance to ensure high equipment availability to internal customers.
  2. Manage local projects or support EU level projects as assigned by the manager.
  3. Ensure sufficient technical coverage is available for shifts by managing and driving training programs for the team.
  4. Be prepared to work on shift to maintain a strong connection with the team and daily work.

Requirements

  1. Degree or NVQ Level 4 in a relevant engineering discipline or served a full engineering indentured apprenticeship. Multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
  2. Experience of automated equipment including packaging machinery, sortation, and conveyor systems.
  3. Excellent communications skills (written & verbal) in English.
  4. Excellent computer skills (MS Office, CAD).

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience working with PLC based control systems.
  2. Project Management experience.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience.
