Job Description

We are seeking a part-time KS1 Teaching Support Professional to work closely with our experienced teachers. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting lesson delivery, creating individualized learning plans, and providing emotional support to students.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is between £21,000 - £23,500 (pro-rata), depending on experience. We also offer an attractive Refer a Friend Scheme, allowing you to earn up to £125 for successful referrals.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Support teachers in designing and delivering engaging lessons and activities
  2. Assist with the development and implementation of tailored learning plans
  3. Offer emotional support and encouragement to students
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports as needed
